It's Time to Get Physical!

Having been a full time Mom for four months now has been very rewarding. I have not regretted a single moment of it. Now I have more time to spend with my kids and hubby is comfortable working knowing that I am at home to take care of the household. I keep myself busy by blogging and writing articles to sharpen my mind. Almost a perfect atmosphere, if you come to think of it. However, the sedentary life has taken its toll. I have gained so much weight! Arrrgh! That's why I decided to hit the gym. It's time to get physical!

My immediate goal is to shed off those excess pounds but my ultimate goal is to remain healthy. As we grow old, it is a fact that our metabolism goes slower. Those chips will forever remain on those hips if we don't burn those calories. Believe it or not, it took me awhile to realize that. As a young lady, I was always the petite type until I had my second baby when the weighing scale hit the 3 digit mark. Ever since that day, I have had trouble maintaining the ideal weight for my physique. But now, I am determined to reach it.

Determination is what will push me to reach my goal... so good luck to me!

Goodluck! Just stay focused on your main goal and I'm sure you'll get the desired results. Make gym time a fun time =)
