What Am I up to lately?

I haven't been updating my blog for weeks now, to my frequent visitors and friends, you must be wondering, "What am I up to lately?" I was so busy coordinating the wedding of my brother-in-law. No, not a new career! I did it out of love. One good thing about being married to a husband with a big family is that you have a lot of relatives. The wedding was some sort of a reunion for my hub's family, most especially because the courts allowed my senator-BIL to grace the occasion. The couple asked my assistance to make their wedding more organized so, Sassy Mom to the rescue!

It was more of a learning experience for me, for most part. I was the one who singlehandedly made their missalette, their reception program including the script and arranged the seating plan for the guests --this is the most stressful part. Although, I did had a help "on the day" itself -- asked my former high school friends to help me out so I won't get to be so toxic on the day itself. Despite that, I still was not able to eat anything during the reception due to adrenalin rush and I didn't get to click my camera --- not a single shot. Good thing there were photographers around. The official photos has not arrived as I write but I promise to share them once it's out. For now, be contented with one single scanned pic I bought outside the reception area.
