I opened my Facebook account to let me touch base with my relatives in and out of the country. It also allowed me to touch base with old friends especially my high school friends whom for quite some time, I have lost connection with.
However with all these positive things you can draw from using a social networking site, it is also a fact that it is prone to drama. Sometimes over sharing can lead to negative feedback from your so-called friends which can give you enough reason to “unfriend” a friend. Fortunately for me, this has yet to happen and I sure hope it won’t ever happen.
I guess many people have experienced this kind of drama in their online life enough to catch the attention of Oxford Dictionary, as they declare “unfriend” as 2009 Word of the Year.
Oxford defines "unfriend," a verb, thusly: "To remove someone as a 'friend' on a social networking site such as Facebook."
As in, “I decided to unfriend my roommate on Facebook after we had a fight.”Let's just say that in my vocabulary, a friend should be a friend forever.

me iba kasi it seems that decades-old drama has not been resolved yet, dami pa din hang-ups kaya sometimes nakaka-irita. gusto mo sabihan "Get over it!" :D
hehe, ako naman napilitan iapprove ang friend request ngboss ko. pero mahirap pag in-unfriend ko di ba. so nilimit ko na lang yung privacy setting ko para di nya maikta posts ko hahahaha
