Don’t bite off more than you can chew.
This is the idiom often advised to people who take on too much responsibility that one can manage. But it can also be used for people who are watching their weight just like me. Having a petite physique while growing up, I never knew I could have trouble with weight gain until I had kids.
Although I’m not much of an eater, but I ageing and genes has contributed to my struggle. I used to nit mind what I eat but now, it’s a must. Even though you exercise regularly and maintain the best weight loss products in the market, all the calories will still add up if you do not watch what you eat.
Too much of anything is really bad. Even though you munch on fruits or stick with bran muffins but if you can finish a kilo or half a dozen of it, it still wouldn’t work. Well for that to work, you need to intensify and double your workout in order to burn those calories. Go with healthy foods and in smaller portions are the best way to go.
I must admit I am not a guru when it comes to this, because I am still struggling, although I have never been fan of diet without exercise. A diet regimen complemented exercise programs is the most excellent combination in promoting health and wellness. It’s a change of lifestyle.
