I must admit, I used to be a worry wart!
And yes, until now I still have a hard time of getting it out of my system. It’s my nature.
It’s actually a natural part of every human being. However, I have learned that it’s an unhealthy obsession and can be very contagious.
When you worry, you have a tendency to be depressed and irritable. It affects the people around you. It’s hard especially for me since I consider myself a control-freak but I have learned that you cannot control everything. I have heard of this line in a prayer, “Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. . .” and this really hit me. Why would I agonize about things that I cannot have a hold over? Instead do the best you can over things in which you can influence and then let go and let GOD!
It’s hard I know but letting go will make your life a lot easier.
Worrying creates unnecessary mental and physical exhaustion. I personally know this for a fact. Constant worrying causes stress – makes you sleepless and even eating problems.
Faced with any difficulty, I now try to laugh it out and try to look at the positive outcome of every situation and just be happy. It will all pass. As long as you are not doing anything bad to harm any human being, be consoled at the fact that the Lord will guide your decisions.
Besides worrying will cause your skin to age fast and we wouldn’t want that. So stop worrying and live a happy life. Happiness is a choice and you can choose to be one now!

indeed happiness and life is a matter of choice. You choose to be like this because its your decision to be like this. You are the one responsible for the choices you made and for the things that you have done.
