No Rice Diet

Since I have gained so much weight and cannot squeeze in time for gym, I decided to change my diet. Yes, here I go again! Well, I practically eat everything (in moderation) with lots of liquid except I took out rice from my diet. I am on my second week except for weekends – which I declare my cheat days, I take meals without rice. So far, so good!

I feel lighter and have noticed a change in my metabolism. I guess it’s easier for the body to digest food without the starchy refined grains. In addition, I do not feel hungry every now and then. As long as I take little amounts of food at an interval, I’m good! The worst part of going on a diet is to starve yourself, the tendency is that you’ll more than you need since you feel deprived.

I heat the stationary bike every so often, so I think I am on the right track. My body has adjusted well and I believe I can sustain this. Hoping for the best.
Now, I don’t have to resort to diet pills and worry about scams like the apidexin scam.
