I love books and I am passing it on to my kids.
My kids and I have an unwritten rule every time we go to the mall. I'd rather buy them books than toys. So whenever they can, they buy themselves books.
I have always been a believer in the countless benefits of reading books. With the rise of technology nowadays, children are not reading as much as they need. That's where the role of a parent becomes important and I am trying my best to encourage them to read a lot.
These are photos of my kids when we went to Bonifacio High Street. Hubs and I decided to have a cup of coffee while the kids choose their books. So here they are a few minutes after their purchase.

I love how bookstores now have coffee corners for parents! While on vacation we were able to visit fully-booked there at boni-high, just love it! A wonderful idea...

It's really nice that the kids loves books more than toys. I hope when my son learns to read he'll love books more over toys. hehe
