yes very healthy daw ang wine, pero syempre drink moderately.. we drink wine pag may special occassions. Siguro expert kana sa mga wine, kasi ako up to now di ko lam paano malaman kung fine wine ba or hindi.

red wine is usually my choice of drink din kapag we're having dinner outside. I specially like shiraz and its great if you're having steak for your main course.

Try mixing it with coke, sarap din for casual drinking lang.
